All items will be shipped within 48 hours. There are at times delays during peak times.
Aus Post Free standard shipping.
Aus Post Express $10.
International will vary on delivery times due to customs in Australia and designated county.

Refunds & Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We don't refund fragrance purchases if you simply don't like the fragrance. We can give a store credit once you return the fragrance. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged items can be exchanged upon returning item. 

We only allow returns for an exchange on underwear if the product is faulty.
We do not refund shipping costs incurred unless product is faulty.
Returns to be paid by customer.
