Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We don't refund fragrance purchases if you simply don't like the fragrance. We can give a store credit once you return the fragrance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged items can be exchanged upon returning item.
We only allow returns for an exchange on underwear if the product is faulty.
We do not refund shipping costs incurred unless product is faulty.

I love woody fragrances and find it hard to find one in a woman’s fragrance that actually lasts. I bought the diffuser of sandalwood and vanilla and I love the fragrance in my bedroom. It lasts quite well. I plan to buy the fragrance next.

The Amalfi Coast reed diffuser is the best diffuser I have ever bought. You are aware of the fragrance it generates, which is more than I can say for a lot of the Diffusers on the market. It provides an ambient background perfume that doesn't overwhelm, so extremely happy. My daughter has them in her house, and I was amazed at how good they were. I now have Amalfi Coast in my home. I bought a couple of different scents but think Amalfi Coast is the pick.

Wow this really packs a punch. If you close your eyes it’s like you walked out of a city into the countryside. I prefer the Amalfi Man diffuser (and cologne which is awesome) to this but it’s a great neutral scent that women would love if coming into your house. Like being in a country garden.
