Refunds & Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We don't refund fragrance purchases if you simply don't like the fragrance. We can give a store credit once you return the fragrance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged items can be exchanged upon returning item.
We only allow returns for an exchange on underwear if the product is faulty.
We do not refund shipping costs incurred unless product is faulty.
